All orders remain conditional until:

• Compliance review is complete
• Verification is successful
• Payment clears
• Carrier acceptance is confirmed

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

• Compliance concerns
• Jurisdictional restrictions
• Verification failure
• Suspected fraud or misuse
• Bulk or resale activity
• Export concerns
• Pricing or inventory errors

Payment availability may be restricted based on:

• Product type
• Payment processor policies
• Jurisdiction
• Fraud risk

Payment attempts that violate processor rules will be declined.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and deliverable shipping information.

If you need to modify an order, contact us immediately. While we will assist when possible, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters processing or carrier pickup.

We strive to maintain accurate pricing and product information. If an error occurs, Liberty Tactical Munitions may:

• Cancel the order
• Correct the error
• Offer the option to proceed at the corrected price

Customers will be notified when appropriate.

All price match requests are governed by our Price Match +5% Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• You consent to receive transactional and promotional text messages
• Message frequency may vary
• Message and data rates may apply
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP

• Consent is not a condition of purchase

Opt-out requests are processed immediately. No confirmation messages or upsells will follow.

Liberty Tactical Munitions may offer a customer loyalty program known as the Fireteam Rewards Program ("Program"). Participation is voluntary and governed by these Terms and any additional Program disclosures.

The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, subject to applicable law.

Participation is limited to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Maintain a valid customer account
• Use a unique, valid email address

Only one account per individual is permitted. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

Eligibility may be restricted by product category or jurisdiction.

• Points have no cash value
• Points are not transferable
• Points are promotional and do not constitute property, wages, compensation, or store credit

Earning Points:

• Points are awarded only after an order ships and completes
• Points are calculated on the order subtotal
• Taxes, shipping, fees, discounts, and gift cards are excluded
• Points may be revoked for cancelled, refunded, or charged-back orders

Redeeming Points:

• Minimum purchase of $50 required
• One reward per order
• Rewards may not be combined with other promotions
• Certain products or categories may be excluded

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity and are forfeited upon account closure or Program termination.

Abuse or misuse of the Program results in:

• Forfeiture of Points
• Account suspension
• Termination from the Program
• Refusal of service

Referral incentives, if offered, are subject to verification. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or manipulation are prohibited.

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.

Updates are effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
