Welcome to Liberty Tactical Munitions. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) and apply to all purchases from Liberty Tactical Munitions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance

3. Jurisdictional Restrictions & Shipping Policy
Certain products are restricted or prohibited in specific jurisdictions. Liberty Tactical Munitions complies with all applicable laws and will not ship products where prohibited. Orders placed in violation of applicable laws or shipping restrictions may be cancelled without notice.

Liberty Tactical Munitions assumes no liability for cancelled orders resulting from legal or compliance restrictions.

7. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Denton County, Texas, unless subject to binding arbitration as required by law.
