1. Customer Commitment — Fair Resolutions, Professional Standards
Liberty Tactical Munitions stands behind what we sell and supports customers with responsive service, clear communication, and fair resolution pathways.
Because we operate in a regulated industry, certain items are final sale for safety and legal reasons. When returns are allowed, we apply professional inspection standards to protect customers and ensure consistent quality.
2. Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and final sale except where required by law or for verified fulfillment errors:
- Firearms and serialized receivers
- Ammunition, smokeless powder, primers, and explosives
- Suppressors, NFA-regulated items, and ATF-controlled products
- Body armor, helmets, pistol braces, and tactical protective equipment
- 80% receivers and restricted components
- Clearance, closeout, or “as-is” items
- Gift cards
Products showing evidence of misuse, neglect, improper storage, unauthorized modification, or attempted repair are not eligible for return.
3. Firearms and NFA Transactions
All firearm sales are final once transferred at the customer’s selected FFL.
NFA items are non-refundable once ATF paperwork has been initiated.
Manufacturer defects must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
4. Eligible Returns — Non-Regulated Merchandise
Non-regulated items such as optics, accessories, apparel, knives, and gear may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- Item is unused and unaltered
- Item is in original packaging
- RMA is issued prior to shipment
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
5. Defective or Incorrect Orders
Defective items will be inspected and, at our discretion, repaired, replaced, or refunded.
Incorrect shipments must be reported prior to use or modification.
6. Restocking Fees and Refund Processing
Approved returns of eligible non-regulated merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges, HazMat fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless the return results solely from our error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
If an order was placed using a promotional code, the promotional value is forfeited upon return.
7. Failed Background Checks and Refused Transfers
Firearms denied due to failed background checks are not returnable.
Customers are responsible for FFL and manufacturer fees resulting from non-qualification.
8. Return Authorization and Shipping
All approved returns must reference an issued RMA number.
Returns without authorization will be rejected.
