Liberty Tactical Munitions — Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Information

Liberty Tactical Munitions ships ammunition exclusively within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Due to federal transportation regulations, carrier limitations, and hazardous materials restrictions, ammunition cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destinations.

Non-restricted items, such as apparel, accessories, and other non-HazMat products, may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories, subject to additional shipping charges and carrier availability. Delivery options for these destinations may be limited.

At this time, Liberty Tactical Munitions does not ship any products internationally or outside U.S. jurisdictions.

All shipments are processed through trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Liberty Tactical Munitions reserves the right to determine the most appropriate carrier and service level for each order in compliance with applicable laws and carrier regulations.

2. Free & Flat-Rate Shipping

Contiguous United States Only

All free shipping offers, flat-rate shipping, discounted ground shipping, and promotional shipping rates apply exclusively to deliveries within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Free or discounted shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or any destination outside the contiguous United States, regardless of order value, promotion, or product type. Additional shipping charges, carrier restrictions, and service limitations apply to these locations.

Orders over $100 (eligible products only) qualify for free ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee. Liberty Tactical Munitions reserves the right to modify promotional thresholds at any time.

3. Hazardous Materials (HazMat) Shipping

Ammunition, smokeless powder, primers, and other regulated components are classified as Hazardous Materials (HazMat) under federal law. All HazMat shipments are subject to additional handling and compliance fees. HazMat items may only be shipped via approved ground transport methods and cannot be shipped by air or to restricted jurisdictions.

4. Restrictions & Legal Compliance

Liberty Tactical Munitions complies with all federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and shipment of ammunition and tactical equipment. Certain jurisdictions impose additional restrictions or permit requirements. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, and shipment of products comply with all applicable laws.

Liberty Tactical Munitions makes no representations regarding the legality of products in any jurisdiction and does not provide legal advice. Orders placed in violation of applicable laws or shipping restrictions will be cancelled without notice.
