Contiguous U.S. Only (Lower 48 States)

Ammunition, powder, primers, and other regulated or hazardous materials ship only within the contiguous United States.

Due to federal transportation regulations, carrier rules, and HazMat restrictions, these items cannot be shipped to:

• Alaska or Hawaii
• U.S. territories
• APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• P.O. boxes
• International destinations

Orders placed to restricted destinations will be held or cancelled.

Non-regulated, non-HazMat products (including apparel, accessories, knives, and similar items) may be eligible for shipment to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• U.S. territories

Additional charges, service limitations, and extended transit times may apply based on destination and carrier availability.

We ship using approved carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, based on:

All free shipping offers, flat-rate shipping, and promotional shipping rates apply only to deliveries within the contiguous United States.

Promotions do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

• Orders over $100: Free ground shipping (eligible products, lower 48)
• Orders under $100: $19.99 flat-rate shipping fee
• HazMat fee: $25.00 per order (where applicable)

Free shipping does not waive HazMat fees, signature requirements, or other carrier-mandated charges.

Liberty Tactical Munitions reserves the right to modify shipping rates or promotions at any time.

Certain products are classified as Hazardous Materials (HazMat) under federal DOT regulations, including but not limited to:

• Ammunition
• Smokeless powder
• Primers

HazMat shipping requirements include:

• $25.00 HazMat fee per order, where applicable
• Ground transportation only
• No air shipment
• No shipment to restricted jurisdictions
• Possible separate shipment from non-HazMat items

HazMat compliance is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Liberty Tactical Munitions complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the shipment of regulated products.

Certain jurisdictions impose additional restrictions, permit requirements, or delivery limitations. In some cases, Liberty Tactical Munitions' internal compliance policies may exceed legal requirements.
