Return & Service Policy

Born in Texas, Built for Freedom

Last Updated: January 26, 2026

The Liberty Tactical Standard

Born in Texas. Built for Freedom means we operate with discipline, accountability, and customer-first execution.

This Return & Service Policy exists to set clear expectations, protect customer safety, and maintain the professional standard applied to every order.

Because we operate in a regulated industry, not all products are eligible for return.

1. Customer Commitment

Liberty Tactical Munitions is committed to:

  • Clear, consistent return standards
  • Professional inspection and handling
  • Fair, lawful resolution paths
  • Transparent communication

Where returns are permitted, they are evaluated carefully to protect customer safety, product integrity, and compliance obligations.

2. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

For safety, legal, and regulatory reasons, the following items are final sale once shipped:

  • Ammunition (all calibers and quantities)
  • Smokeless powder and primers
  • Hazardous materials (HazMat-regulated products)
  • Firearms and serialized receivers (when applicable)
  • Suppressors and NFA-regulated items (when applicable)
  • Body armor, helmets, pistol braces, and tactical protective equipment
  • 80% receivers, unfinished frames, and restricted components
  • Any product rendered restricted or prohibited by law after purchase

Items showing evidence of the following are not eligible for return:

  • Misuse
  • Improper storage
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Attempted repair

Liberty Tactical Munitions reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet professional resale and safety standards.

3. Firearms & NFA Transactions (Future Operations)

Firearm and NFA sales are not currently active.

If and when firearm or NFA sales are offered in the future, the following principles will apply:

  • Firearms are final sale once transferred at the receiving FFL
  • Customers must inspect firearms prior to transfer
  • Manufacturer defects are handled through manufacturer warranty programs
  • NFA items are non-refundable once ATF paperwork has been initiated
  • Delays or denials related to ATF processing or customer eligibility are not the responsibility of Liberty Tactical Munitions

Specific procedures will be governed by a dedicated Firearms Sales & Transfer Policy.

If firearm sales are active in the future and a transfer is denied by the receiving FFL:

  • The firearm is not considered returnable merchandise
  • Customers are responsible for any fees assessed by the FFL or manufacturer
  • Liberty Tactical Munitions does not absorb costs resulting from customer non-qualification

4. Eligible Returns — Non-Regulated Merchandise

Non-regulated, non-HazMat items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if all conditions below are met:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
  • The item is returned in original packaging with all components
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued prior to shipment

Unauthorized or unsolicited returns will be refused.

Before returning any item, customers must contact us and provide:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) requested for return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of damage or defect (recommended)

If approved, an RMA number and return instructions will be issued.

5. Defective or Incorrect Orders

Liberty Tactical Munitions takes fulfillment accuracy seriously.

  • Defective eligible items will be inspected and, at our discretion, repaired, replaced, or refunded
  • Incorrect shipments must be reported prior to use or modification
  • Some products ship directly from authorized suppliers and may require supplier coordination

Resolution is determined after inspection and verification.

6. Restocking Fees & Refund Processing

Approved returns of eligible non-regulated items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, reflecting inspection, processing, and inventory handling costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • HazMat fees are non-refundable
  • Payment processing fees may be deducted unless the return is solely due to our error

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received, inspected, and approved, and are credited to the original payment method.

7. Return Shipping & Authorization

All approved returns must be shipped to the address provided in the RMA instructions and must clearly reference the issued RMA number.

Returns shipped without authorization may be refused or returned to sender.

Policy Updates: This Return & Service Policy may be updated to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
