This Price Match +5% Policy exists to protect customers from overpaying while maintaining verified sourcing, program integrity, and the professional support that set Liberty Tactical apart.

1. Customer Commitment — Value Assurance You Can Trust

Liberty Tactical Munitions is committed to competitive, transparent pricing—without compromising authenticity, compliance, or customer service. If you find a lower eligible price from a qualifying authorized retailer, we will beat it by 5%, subject to the standards below.

We price match to protect customers—not to compromise quality, sourcing standards, or service.

Our Price Match +5% program is designed to ensure customers receive:

  • Verified, authentic products sourced from authorized U.S. retailers
  • Reliable inventory and fulfillment with consistent handling standards
  • Professional support before and after the purchase

2. Program Overview

If a qualifying competitor offers a lower advertised price on an eligible, identical item, Liberty Tactical Munitions will beat that price by 5%.

Price match requests are reviewed by our support team and handled with clear communication and documented outcomes.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a Price Match +5% beat, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be submitted at the time of purchase (before the order is placed)
  • The product must be identical, including brand, model, SKU/part number, caliber, grain weight, specifications, and packaging
  • The competitor’s item must be new, unused, and in stock
  • The competitor must be a S.-based authorized retailer
  • The competitor listing must be publicly accessible and verifiable at the time of review

4. Authorized Retailers Only — Why It Matters

Marketplace listings and unverified sellers often lack traceable sourcing, consistent storage and handling controls, and reliable warranty support. In regulated industries, those gaps can impact quality, performance, and customer outcomes.

To protect customers and maintain the Liberty Tactical standard, price matching applies only to authorized U.S. retailers operating under standard retail pricing models.

5. Eligible Competitors and Explicit Exclusions

Price matching applies only to pricing from authorized U.S. retailers.

The following sources are explicitly excluded and will not be price matched:

  • Amazon (including all third-party Amazon Marketplace sellers)
  • eBay
  • Online marketplaces or peer-to-peer platforms
  • Auction websites
  • Private sellers or classified listings
  • Membership-only, subscription-based, or invite-only pricing
  • Government, law enforcement, or contract pricing

If the seller is not a clearly identifiable authorized retailer, the request will be denied.

6. Price Match Calculation

The 5% beat is calculated only on the competitor’s advertised product price.

Excluded from price match calculations:

  • Shipping, handling, insurance, taxes, duties, and fees
  • Bundles, multi-buy pricing, rebates, gift card offers, or add-on incentives

Adjusted prices are rounded to the nearest cent.

7. Required Proof of Competitor Pricing

Customers must provide verifiable proof using one of the following methods.

Preferred: Competitor URL

A direct link to the competitor’s product page is preferred. The page must clearly display:

  • Retailer name
  • Product details (including grain weight when applicable)
  • Advertised price
  • In-stock availability

Also accepted: Screenshot (Upload or email)

If a direct URL is unavailable or unstable, a clear screenshot may be submitted instead. Screenshots must show:

  • Retailer name
  • Product details (including caliber, grain, and specifications when applicable)
  • Advertised price
  • In-stock availability
  • Date and time when visible

Customers may upload a screenshot directly through the Price Match request form or email it to support@ltmunitions.com.

Marketplace listings (Amazon, eBay, auctions, or third-party sellers) are not accepted, even if provided via URL or screenshot.

8. Exclusions and Limitations

Price match requests do not apply to:

  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or flash sales
  • Pricing errors or typographical errors
  • Bundles, kits, free-item promotions, or custom configurations
  • Used, refurbished, or open-box items
  • Special-order products
  • Orders combined with coupons, discount codes, loyalty redemptions, or promotional pricing

Additional limits:

  • Limit one price match per item per customer
  • Liberty Tactical Munitions may limit quantities to protect supply integrity and prevent resale abuse

9. How to Submit a Price Match Request

For the fastest service, submit your request with:

  • The Liberty Tactical product link or SKU
  • The competitor URL or screenshot
  • Your preferred contact information

10. Approval, Program Integrity, and Updates

All price match requests are subject to verification and approval. Liberty Tactical Munitions reserves the right to approve or deny any request to protect customers, maintain program integrity, and enforce the Liberty Tactical standard.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue this Policy at any time without notice.

This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Liberty Tactical Munitions Terms and Conditions.
