Price Match Guarantee Policy

The Price Match +5% program allows eligible customers to request a verified price adjustment before placing an order.

All requests are reviewed manually by our support team. Approval is not automatic and is subject to verification, availability, and compliance review.

To qualify for Price Match +5% consideration, all of the following must be met:

• The request is submitted before the order is placed
• The Liberty Tactical product is identical in:
  • Brand
  • Model or SKU
  • Caliber and grain weight (where applicable)
  • Specifications and packaging
• The competitor's product is:
  • New, unused, and factory-sealed
  • In stock at the time of review
• The competitor:
  • Is a U.S.-based authorized retailer
  • Publishes a publicly accessible, verifiable listing

Requests submitted after an order is placed, shipped, or completed are not eligible.

In regulated industries, unauthorized sellers often lack:

• Traceable sourcing
• Controlled storage
• Compliance oversight
• Reliable post-sale support

To protect customers and uphold the Liberty Tactical standard, price matching applies only to authorized U.S. retailers operating under standard retail pricing models.

Price matching does not apply to pricing from:

• Amazon (including all third-party marketplace sellers)
• eBay
• Online marketplaces or peer-to-peer platforms
• Auction or bidding websites
• Private sellers or classified listings
• Membership-only, subscription-based, or invite-only pricing
• Government, law enforcement, distributor, or contract pricing

If the seller cannot be clearly verified as an authorized retailer, the request will be denied.

If approved, the 5% beat applies only to the competitor's advertised product price.

The following are excluded from price match calculations:

• Shipping, HazMat, handling, insurance, taxes, or fees
• Bundles, multi-buy pricing, rebates, or gift card incentives
• Free-item promotions or add-ons

Adjusted prices are rounded to the nearest cent.

A direct link showing:

• Retailer name
• Complete product details
• Advertised price
• In-stock status

If a URL is unavailable, a clear screenshot showing:

• Retailer name
• Product details
• Advertised price
• In-stock availability
• Date and time (when visible)

Marketplace listings are not accepted, regardless of format.

Yes. For ammunition and regulated products:

• Price matching does not override compliance requirements
• Shipping, HazMat fees, quantity limits, and jurisdictional restrictions still apply
• Liberty Tactical Munitions may limit quantities to prevent resale abuse
• Approval of a price match does not guarantee shipment to restricted jurisdictions
