To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liberty Tactical Munitions disclaims liability arising from misuse of products or Services, subject to the limitations set forth in our Terms & Conditions.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Purchasing or attempting to purchase regulated products while prohibited under applicable law
• Engaging in or facilitating straw purchases
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Submitting fraudulent identification or documentation
• Circumventing or attempting to bypass age, identity, eligibility, or jurisdictional controls
• Reselling or redistributing products in violation of law or policy
• Creating false accounts or impersonating another individual
• Scraping, data harvesting, or unauthorized automated access
• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Liberty Tactical personnel or other users
• Using the Services to promote, facilitate, or support unlawful activity
• Exporting or attempting to export products in violation of U.S. export laws, including ITAR, EAR, or OFAC regulations

Failure to review or understand this Policy does not relieve users of responsibility.

Liberty Tactical Munitions complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale and shipment of regulated products.

• Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with laws applicable to their location prior to purchase

Orders placed in violation of applicable laws, carrier rules, or internal compliance standards may be held, modified, or cancelled.

Violations of this Policy or related policies may result in one or more of the following actions, at Liberty Tactical Munitions' discretion:

• Order cancellation or modification
• Account suspension or termination
• Refusal of service
• Denial of future transactions
• Refund adjustments or withholding where permitted by law
• Reporting to regulatory authorities or law enforcement when required

Enforcement decisions are based on compliance risk, verification outcomes, fraud indicators, misuse of the Services, or regulatory obligations.

Liberty Tactical Munitions' liability is limited as described in the Terms & Conditions.
