California Prop 65 Information

Liberty Tactical Munitions ("LTM") is committed to customer safety, regulatory compliance, and transparency.

California Proposition 65 (the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) requires businesses to provide warnings to California consumers when products may result in exposure to chemicals identified by the State of California as causing cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

This notice is provided to ensure customers are informed and to support compliance with California law.

Certain products sold or distributed by Liberty Tactical Munitions may expose individuals to one or more Proposition 65-listed chemicals during normal or foreseeable handling, use, maintenance, storage, or disposal.

These products may include, but are not limited to:

• Centerfire and rimfire ammunition
• Ammunition components, including projectiles, primers, and propellants
• Shooting, training, cleaning, reloading, or maintenance products
• Accessories or materials associated with ammunition use

Some products may expose individuals to lead or lead compounds, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer and reproductive harm.

Products marketed as lead-free or non-toxic may not require Proposition 65 warnings; applicability depends on use conditions and regulatory interpretation.

This warning applies to normal handling, use, and disposal of the product.

Liberty Tactical Munitions encourages customers to follow all applicable federal, state, and local safety guidelines, including:

• Ensuring proper ventilation when using ammunition or related products
• Using appropriate personal protective equipment when applicable
• Washing hands after handling ammunition or related materials
• Following proper storage and lawful disposal practices
